Claims12
Method for the separation of living cells from dead cells, characterised in that the mixture comprising the living cells and the dead cells is brought into contact with a coated matrix which can adsorb the dead cells and isolate the living cells.
Use of a polymer or copolymer or terpolymer able to form a polyanionic structure for the separation of living cells.
Complex comprising dead cells and optionally in addition further cell debris and a polymer, copolymer or terpolymer having a polycationic structure.
