A permeable capsule comprising:
- at least one cell comprising a recombinant nucleic acid molecule with a heat inducible promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding for a protein, a peptide, or a functional nucleic acid molecule;
- and
- at least one heat emitting agent able to emit heat when exposed to electromagnetic radiation or to a magnetic field.
A method of delivering a nucleic acid molecule encoding for a protein, a peptide or a functional nucleic acid molecule to a location comprising:
- obtaining a permeable capsule comprising:
- at least one cell comprising a recombinant nucleic acid molecule with a heat inducible promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding for a protein, a peptide, or a functional nucleic acid molecule;
- and
- at least one heat emitting agent able to emit heat when exposed to electromagnetic radiation or to a magnetic field;
- providing the capsule to the location;
- and
- exposing the capsule to electromagnetic radiation or to a magnetic field;
- wherein the nucleic acid molecule is delivered to the location.
