Abstract
The present invention provides a method of reducing or inhibiting tumor growth in a mammal comprising treating the mammal with an effective amount of a combination of a VEGFR antagonist and an EGFR antagonist.
Claims22
A method of inhibiting tumor growth in a human comprising:
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) antagonist that is an antibody or functional fragment or derivative thereof;
- and
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antagonist that is an antibody or functional fragment or derivative thereof.
