Abstract
An exemplary objective holder for engaging with a PCB substrate having an image sensor and several passive components arranged thereon, includes a base and several continuously connected walls extending from the base. The walls enclose a chamber thereamong for receiving the image sensor and define notches therein for receiving the passive components.
Claims15
An objective holder for engaging with a PCB substrate having an image sensor and a plurality of passive components arranged thereon, the objective holder comprising a collar enclosing a room adapted for receiving a lens module, a base, and a plurality of walls extending from the base, the walls enclosing a chamber thereamong for receiving the image sensor and defining notches therein for receiving the passive components.
A combination comprising:
- a PCB substrate with an image sensor and a plurality of passive components thereon;
- and
- an objective holder comprising a collar enclosing a room adapted for receiving a lens module and a plurality of walls enclosing the image sensor thereamong, the walls defining notches therein, the notches receiving the passive components therein.
A combination comprising:
- a printed circuit board having a flat top surface;
- an image sensor mounted on the flat top surface;
- a plurality of passive components mounted on the flat top surface and surrounding the image sensor;
- and
- an objective holder comprising a base plate with a through opening, a collar, and a peripheral enclosure sidewall, the collar and the peripheral enclosure sidewall being formed on the base plate at opposite sides thereof, the peripheral enclosure sidewall and the base plate cooperatively forming a receiving space receiving the image sensor therein, peripheral enclosure sidewall abutting against the flat top surface of the printed circuit board, the objective holder comprising a plurality of cutouts defined in the peripheral enclosure sidewall, the passive components being received in the cutouts of the objective holder.
