Abstract
An organic electroluminescent unit includes an anode, a cathode, a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, a hole transport layer disposed between the anode and the light-emitting layer, and a hole transport layer-protecting layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the light-emitting layer.
Claims9
An organic electroluminescent unit comprising:
- an anode;
- a cathode;
- a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode;
- a hole transport layer disposed between the anode and the light-emitting layer;
- and
- a hole transport layer-protecting layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the light-emitting layer.
3 more elements
An organic electroluminescent unit comprising:
- a plurality of light-emitting devices each including an anode, a portion of a cathode, a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, a portion of a hole transport layer disposed between the anode and the light-emitting layer, and a portion of a hole transport layer-protecting layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the light-emitting layer,
- wherein the light-emitting devices include first light-emitting devices including first light-emitting layers emitting red light, second light-emitting devices including second light-emitting layers emitting green light, and third light-emitting devices including third light-emitting layers emitting blue light.
