Abstract
The invention concerns a stackable roll container 1, in particular, for the transporting of foods, cosmetic articles, or items of practical use in large bundles, with a preferably rectangular bottom 2, on which transport rollers 3 on the underside and two attachment walls 4, 5 opposite one another are located, wherein each of the attachment walls 4, 5 opposite one another has a retracted, rear, vertical end brace 7, 8, opposite a vertical base plane E-E, and a lower, horizontal base brace 10, 11 adjoining it.
Claims13
Stackable roll container (1), in particular, for the transport of foods, cosmetic articles, or items of practical use, in large bundles,
- with a preferably rectangular bottom (2), on which transport rollers (3) on the underside and two attachment walls (4, 5) opposite one another are located;
- characterized in that
- each of the attachment walls (4, 5) opposite one another has a retracted, rear, vertical end brace (7, 8) opposite a vertical base plane (E-E), and a lower, horizontal base brace (10, 11) adjoining it.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, with vertical and horizontal lattice rods (26, 27;
- 29, 30), characterized in that the horizontal lattice rods (26, 29) of the opposite attachment walls (4, 5) in the retracted area opposite the base plane (E-E), are connected to the front and the rear end braces (7, 17;
- 8, 18).
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each bottom (2) has at least one recess (35) for locking in the area of the transport roller (3) lying above, for the container stacked above it.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that each bottom (2) on the upper side has at least one groove for the preferably jerk-free guiding of at least one of the transport rollers (3).
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that bottom (2) is made of plastic.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, transverse to the two attachment walls (4, 5) opposite one another, a closure insertion wall (37) is located between them.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that all attachment walls (4, 5;
- 37) are affixed to the bottom (2) via plug connections in recesses.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that opposite attachment walls (4, 5) can be deflected laterally within desired tolerances when affixed, so as to facilitate the nesting.
Container according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that a rear wall (38), located between two opposite attachment walls (4, 5) is connected to the side walls (4, 5) by affixing means, in particular, hinges, wherein the affixing means make possible a lateral deflection of the side walls relative to the rear wall (38) within prespecified tolerances.
