Abstract
The present invention relates to a polymer composition for encapsulating or carrying a chemical and/or biological agent, comprising either a polyamine or oxirane composition or mixture thereof. The present invention also relates to a substrate at least partially coated or wrapped with the composition and a method thereof, in addition to a method of dyeing fabrics using the composition.
