Abstract

An apparatus for fabricating a bellows type hose and a fabricating method thereof, which can improve a bellows type hose for use in a vacuum cleaner or the like in quality. The apparatus includes a power generating unit, an outer mold having at least one folds-forming gear disposed to rotate while revolving around a hollow-cylindrical basic material conveyed from an injection molding unit and thus to form folds on the hollow-cylindrical basic material, the at least one folds-forming gear having a waved folds-forming part formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a power transmitting unit to transmit a power of the power generating unit to the at least one folds-forming gear of the outer mold.
