## Abstract

An apparatus for covering for a head rest on a seat with a stretchable portion to secure the apparatus to the head rest. Additionally, the apparatus may comprise an extension of material extending downward from the head rest to cordon the remainder of the seat from the user. The inventive apparatus may be of a disposable or reusable material, or incorporate padding.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A cover for a head rest of a seat comprising;
A head rest portion; and at least one stretchable member attached to said head rest portion to form a loop to secure the head rest portion to the head rest of said seat.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The apparatus in claim 1 further comprising an extender that extends downward from said head rest to cover a portion of the surface of said seat.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The apparatus in claim 1 wherein said apparatus is formed from a material selected from a group consisting of polypropylene, polytetraflouroethylene, flouropolymers, canvas, wax coated paper, or permanent press fabric.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The apparatus in claim 1 wherein said head rest portion incorporates a deformable pad.
