A multifamily dwelling comprising:
- at least one building comprising:
- a townhouse façade on at least a front of said building;
- at least three dwelling units in said building, each of said at least three dwelling units comprising:
- an individual garage;
- and
- an individual entry between each of said individual garages and an associated of said at least three dwelling units.
