Abstract
A microfluidic circuit comprising microchannels (24, 26) containing different fluids (F1, F2), with a laser beam being focused at (32) on an interface (30) between the fluids so as to form a pump, a valve, or a mixer, for example.
Claims12
A microfluidic circuit comprising at least one microchannel containing a first fluid and at least one component capable of acting on the fluid by thermocapillary convection, the circuit being characterized in that it includes means for focusing a laser beam on the interface between said fluid and a second fluid, the microchannel being formed in a material that is transparent to said laser beam, and the second fluid being present at least locally in said microchannel.
