## Abstract

The invention relates to a stable water soluble composition containing lithophosphatidylethanol amine (LPE) or lecithin including the LPE 3% or more. The composition comprises one or both of lysophosphatidylethanol amine and lecithin 0.1 to 50 wt %, fatty acid or salt thereof 0.1 to 60 wt % and solvent 10 to 99.8 wt %. According to the invention, it is possible to provide the stable water soluble composition of lithophosphatidylethanolamine and lecithin which does not cause the precipitation at the room temperature below 20° C. and can maintain the clear formulation even during the long term keeping.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A water soluble composition containing LPE or lecithin, which comprises one or both of lysophosphatidylethanolamine and lecithin 0.1 to 50 wt %, a fatty acid or a salt thereof 0.1 to 60 wt % and a solvent 10 to 99.8 wt %.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the lecithin is lecithin containing 3% or more of LPE.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The composition according to claim 2, wherein the lecithin is at least one modified lecithin selected from a group consisting of hydroxylated lecithin, acetylated lecithin and enzyme-treated lecithin.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The composition according to claim 3, wherein the enzyme is phospholipase.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

The composition according to claim 2, wherein the LPE is hydrogenated LPE.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises one or both of lysophosphatidylethanolamine and lecithin 5 to 20 wt %, a fatty acid or a salt thereof 5 to 20 wt % and a solvent 76 to 84 wt %.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the fatty acid has a carbon number of 3˜22.

The composition according to claim 7, wherein the fatty acid has a carbon number of 6˜12.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the salt of the fatty acid is one or more selected from a group consisting of sodium salt, potassium salt, ammonium salt and ethanol amine salt.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is a mixing solvent of water and alcohol.

The composition according to claim 10, wherein the alcohol is at least one selected from a group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, buthanol, hexanol and oleyl alcohol.

The composition according to claim 10, wherein the alcohol consists of ethanol or isopropanol, buthanol, hexanol and oleyl alcohol.

The composition according to claim 12, wherein a volume ratio of water ethanol or isopropanol:buthanol:hexanol:oleyl alcohol is 0.4˜4.0:0.2˜2.0:0.2˜2.0:0.2˜2.0:0.1˜1.0.
