Abstract
Making a determination of originality of content is disclosed. At least one originality factor related to the content is analyzed, wherein the originality factor is independent of a time when the content is detected. Based on the analysis of the at least one originality factor, automatically the determination is automatically made. The determination is outputted.

A method of making a determination of originality of content including:
- analyzing at least one originality factor related to the content, wherein the originality factor is independent of a time when the content is detected;
- based on the analysis of the at least one originality factor, automatically making the determination;
- and
- outputting the determination.
A system for making a determination of originality of content including:
- a processor configured to:
- analyze at least one originality factor related to the content, wherein the originality factor is independent of a time when the content is detected;
- based on the analysis of the at least one originality factor, automatically make the determination;
- and
- output the determination;
- and
- a memory coupled with the processor, wherein the memory provides the processor with instructions.
A computer program product for making a determination of originality of content, the computer program product being embodied in a computer readable medium and comprising computer instructions for:
- analyzing at least one originality factor related to the content, wherein the originality factor is independent of a time when the content is detected;
- based on the analysis of the at least one originality factor, automatically making the determination;
- and
- outputting the determination.
