Abstract
The present invention relates to a stable pharmaceutical composition comprising sirolimus. The pharmaceutical composition comprises sirolimus in the amorphous form, a fatty acid ester and a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer wherein the fatty acid ester is present at a concentration of less than 10% w/w compared to the total weight of the composition.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising sirolimus in the amorphous form, a fatty acid ester, formed from a basic molecule with formula CxHyOz, wherein x=1-3, y=1-10 and z=1-3, esterified with a saturated or an unsaturated fatty acid, and a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer wherein said fatty acid ester is present at a concentration of less than 10% w/w of the total weight of the composition.
