Heterodimers and Methods of Using Them

A compound of Formula I:

• wherein
• X1, X2 are independently selected from H, alkyl, halo, alkoxy;
• L1, L2, L3, L4 are bonds independently selected from bivalent Cl 5 alkylene;
• 1,4-cyclohexylene, 1,4-phenylene, —CO—, —O—, —S— and —NR—;
• R is selected from hydrogen, an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, an unsubstituted or substituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted or substituted alkenyl, or unsubstituted or substituted aryl;
• with the proviso that if the tetrahydroquinolone is connected at 5-amino position, and L1-L2-L3-L4 is a C3-12 methylene linker, then one of X1 or X2 is not H.
