Abstract
Genes associated with schizophrenia are identified. Methods of screening small molecule compounds for use in treating schizophrenia are described.
Claims1
A method of screening a small molecule compound for use in treating schizophrenia, comprising screening a test compound against a target selected from the group consisting of the gene products encoded by the genes of Table 3, where activity against said target indicates the test compound has potential use in treating schizophrenia.
