Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for treating, by means of eugenol or clove oil, reservoirs for storing cereals, oil-producing plants, dry fruit or dry vegetables contaminated with mycotoxins.

Process for decontaminating or preventing the contamination, with mycotoxins and/or the fungi or moulds that produce them, of reservoirs for storing cereals, dry fruit, dry vegetables or oil-producing plants, comprising the application, to said reservoirs, of a composition comprising eugenol, isoeugenol or one of their nutritionally acceptable salts and/or clove oil, or mixtures thereof.
Use of a composition containing eugenol, isoeugenol, one of their nutritionally acceptable salts and/or clove oil, or mixtures thereof, for decontaminating or preventing the contamination, with mycotoxins and/or the fungi or moulds that produce them, of reservoirs for storing cereals, oil-producing plants, dry vegetables or dry fruit.
