A cDNA encoding a polypeptide that comprises the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8, or an amino acid sequence having at least 95% homology with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8.
A replication or expression vector carrying a cDNA encoding a polypeptide that comprises the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8, or an amino acid sequence having at least 95% homology with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8.
A host cell transformed with a replication or expression vector carrying a cDNA encoding a polypeptide that comprises the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8, or an amino acid sequence having at least 95% homology with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4, the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:8, the amino acid sequence of residues 1 to 392 of SEQ ID NO:4, or the amino sequence of residues 1 to 398 of SEQ ID NO:8.
A method for producing a polypeptide that comprises the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4 or 8, or that comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% homologous with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4 or 8, which comprises culturing a host cell transformed with the replication or expression vector carrying cDNA encoding a polypeptide that comprises the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4 or 8, or that comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% homologous with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:4 or 8, under conditions effective to express said polypeptide, and recovering the polypeptide so expressed.
