Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a holder for a plurality of memory devices. In one example, the memory devices may be flash drives (e.g., USB flash drives). In another example, the holder may be in the form of a card (e.g., generally in the form of a credit card).

A computer memory system, comprising:
- a plurality of memory devices;
- and
- a portable holder for the plurality of memory devices, wherein the holder comprises:
- a holder body;
- a plurality of receiving recesses, each of the plurality of receiving recesses being adapted to receive a respective one of the plurality of memory devices;
- and
- a plurality of holding elements, at least one of the plurality of holding elements being associated with each of the plurality of receiving recesses to removably hold each of the plurality of memory devices in a respective recess;
- wherein the holder holds the plurality of memory devices but does not electrically interface with the plurality of memory devices.

An apparatus for storing a plurality of memory devices, comprising:
- a portable holder body;
- a plurality of receiving recesses, each of the plurality of receiving recesses being adapted to receive a respective one of the plurality of memory devices;
- and
- a plurality of holding elements, at least one of the plurality of holding elements being associated with each of the plurality of receiving recesses to removably hold each of the plurality of memory devices in a respective recess;
- wherein the holder body holds the plurality of memory devices but does not electrically interface with the plurality of memory devices.
