Fitting device for producing the arrangement for locking a sealing element, arranged at the front end on a rotor of a turbine, against a displacement in the circumferential direction, and method of producing such a locking arrangement

A fitting device for producing the arrangement for locking a sealing element, arranged at the front end on a rotor of a turbine, against a displacement in the circumferential direction, the sealing element locking moving blades arranged on the rotor against an axial displacement, comprising:

• a clamping device for fastening the fitting device to the rotor;
• a bending device fastened to the clamping device and having a punch movably mounted on the bending device for producing the locking arrangement by bending a section of a sheet-metal strip arranged on the sealing element into an aperture provided on the rotor;
• and
• a fixing device for locking the sealing element against an undesirable displacement in the circumferential direction during a bending-in operation.
