Abstract
There is provided a method, performed by a service provider, that includes (a) providing a service to a seller for a fee, to assist the seller in a sale of a property without an agent to represent the seller, and (b) refunding the fee, if the seller lists the property with an agent suggested by the service provider.

A method performed by a service provider, comprising:
- providing a service to a seller for a fee, to assist said seller in a sale of a property without an agent to represent said seller;
- and
- refunding said fee, if said seller lists said property with an agent suggested by said service provider.
