A foot massager apparatus (10) includes a flexible membrane (16) that transmits percussive forces to the water above the membrane (16) to provide massaging, percussive water wave effects, audio speakers (100), mp3 player capability (106), and voice data input capability.

A therapeutic apparatus, which comprises:
- a body defining a chamber therein adapted to receive a user's feet;
- a flexible membrane disposed within the chamber;
- and
- a drive member associated within the flexible membrane for providing one of vibrating, percussive, repetitive or oscillating movement to the flexible membrane to provide a therapeutic effect on the user's feet.
