Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing DMC catalysts by reacting cyano-metalate compounds, preferably cyanometalate salts, in particular alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salts, with metal salts, wherein the reaction is carried out in the presence of a Brönsted acid.
