• R5 is amino, aminomethyl, dialkylaminomethyl, or trialkylaminomethyl quarternary salt;
• each of Cy1 and Cy2 is independently
• R1′ is alkyl;
• p is, 0, 1 or 2;
• and
• provided when R4 is CHO, R1 is selected from the group consisting of substituted alkyl, substituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug thereof;
• and stereoisomers and tautomers thereof.
