Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions and methods for preventing the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Enhanced HRT and OCP regimens and formulations are also disclosed.

A pharmaceutical product comprising multiple daily dosages wherein at least one of the daily dosages has at least 0.50 mg of levonorgestrel and an estrogen component with less than 30 mcg EE equivalent.
A pharmaceutical product comprising multiple daily dosages wherein at least one of the daily dosages has at least 0.30 mg of norgestimate and an estrogen component between 5 mcg EE and less than 25 mcg EE equivalent.
