An isolated Vascostatin, wherein Vascostatin is an isolated protein of the terminal globular domain of nidogen, wherein said protein has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, having anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated polypeptide selected from the group consisting of domain I, domain II and domain III of nidogen, wherein said polypeptide has angiogenic activity.
An isolated Vascostatin, wherein Vascostatin is an isolated protein of the C-terminal globular domain of nidogen-1, wherein said protein has anti-angiogenic activity.
