Claims22
An isolated Matin, wherein Matin consists of an isolated protein of the G1 domain of the α chain of laminin, or a fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof, wherein the protein, fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated Matin, wherein Matin consists of an isolated protein of the G1 domain of the α chain of laminin or fragments thereof, wherein the fragments comprise amino acids 2132-2338 or amino acids 2148-2354 of SEQ ID NO:2, and wherein the protein or fragment has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated polypeptide comprising amino acids 2132-2338 or 2148-2354 of SEQ ID NO:2, wherein said polypeptide has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated Matin protein, wherein matin is encoded by a nucleic acid sequence that hybridizes under high stringency conditions to nucleic acids 6442-7062 of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the high stringency conditions comprise 1×SSC and 1% SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) at 65° C.
An isolated protein of the G1 domain of laminin, or a fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof, wherein the protein, fragment, analog, derivative or mutant has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated protein or peptide consisting of 90% or greater sequence identity with the G1 domain of laminin, wherein the protein or peptide has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated protein or peptide consisting of 80% or greater sequence identity with the G1 domain of laminin, wherein the protein or peptide has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated protein selected from the group consisting of G2, G3, G4, and G5 domains of laminin, or a fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof, wherein the protein fragment, analog, derivative or mutant has anti-angiogenic activity.
An isolated protein of the G domain of the α chain of laminin, or a fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof, wherein the protein, fragment, analog, derivative or mutant thereof has anti-angiogenic activity.
