Abstract
A removing solution for photosensitive composition for removal of a pigment-containing photosensitive composition, the solution comprising an alkyleneglycol monoalkyl ether and an aromatic hydrocarbon, as well as one or more solvents selected from among alkyleneglycol monoalkyl ether carboxylic acid esters, alkoxycarboxylic acid esters, alicyclic ketones and acetic acid esters. There is provided a photosensitive composition removing solution with excellent photosensitive composition removal performance.

A removing solution for photosensitive composition which is a removing solution for a pigment-containing photosensitive composition, the solution being characterized by comprising:
- (1) 95-70 mass % of an alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether and
- (2) 5-30 mass % of an aromatic hydrocarbon.
A removing solution for photosensitive composition which is a removing solution for a pigment-containing photosensitive composition, the solution being characterized by comprising:
- (1) 85-20 mass % of an alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether,
- (2) 5-30 mass % of an aromatic hydrocarbon with nine or more carbon atoms, and
- (3) 10-75 mass % of at least one solvent selected from among alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether carboxylic acid esters, alkoxycarboxylic acid esters, alicyclic ketones and acetic acid esters.
A removing solution for photosensitive composition which is a removing solution for a pigment-containing photosensitive composition, the solution being characterized by comprising:
- (1) 85-20 mass % of an alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether,
- (2) 5-30 mass % of an aromatic hydrocarbon with nine or more carbon atoms, and
- (3) 10-75 mass % of at least one solvent selected from among alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether carboxylic acid esters, alkoxycarboxylic acid esters and alicyclic ketones.
A removing solution for photosensitive composition which is a removing solution for a pigment-containing photosensitive composition, the solution being characterized by comprising:
- (1) 85-40 mass % of an alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether,
- (2) 5-30 mass % of an aromatic hydrocarbon with nine or more carbon atoms, and
- (3) 10-45 mass % of at least one solvent selected from among acetic acid esters.
