Abstract
A battery pack apparatus is provided. The battery pack includes a battery, a circuit board connected to the battery, and a detecting unit on the circuit board configured to detect a battery power line of the battery detached from the circuit board by detecting a battery voltage drop.

A battery pack apparatus comprising:
- a battery,
- a circuit board connected to the battery, and
- detecting means on the circuit board for detecting a battery power line of the battery detached from the circuit board by detecting a battery voltage drop.
A method of controlling a battery pack apparatus including a battery and a circuit board connected to the battery, comprising the step of:
- detecting a battery power line of the battery detached from the circuit board by detecting a battery voltage drop.
A battery pack apparatus comprising:
- a battery,
- a circuit board connected to the battery, and
- a detecting unit on the circuit board configured to detect a battery power line of the battery detached from the circuit board by detecting a battery voltage drop.
A battery pack apparatus comprising:
- a battery,

- a detecting unit configured to detect a battery voltage, and
- a control unit configured to determine the battery removed from the circuit board upon detecting a battery voltage drop by the detecting unit, and to control charge and discharge of the battery.

- detecting a battery voltage, and
- determining the battery removed from the circuit board upon detecting a battery voltage drop, and controlling charge and discharge of the battery.
