The present invention is an oral dissolvable pouch with a substrate, for providing therapy and a method of providing therapy using the pouch of the present invention.

An article for delivering a product to the oral cavity comprising:
- (a) at least one dissolvable material used as a liner, said liner forming a pouch that completely encloses an inner cavity;
- (b) a substrate placed within said inner cavity.
