Abstract
A purified nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence coding for allergen Dac g 5 having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 2, a derivative or a fragment thereof.
Claims7
A recombinant protein comprising the allergen Dac g 5 or a derivative thereof obtained by culturing a prokaryote or eukaryote organism transformed by a nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence coding for allergen Dac g 5 having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 2, a derivative or a fragment thereof, under conditions and for a sufficient length of time to enable expression of said protein, and isolating proteins produced from the transformed organisms.
A recombinant protein comprising the allergen Dac g 5 or a derivative thereof obtained by culturing a prokaryote or eukaryote organism transformed by an expression vector comprising a purified nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence coding for allergen Dac g 5 having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 2, a derivative or a fragment thereof, under conditions and for a sufficient length of time to enable expression of the protein, and isolating proteins produced from the transformed organisms.
