Provided are methods for modulating activity of the immune system using agonists or antagonists of a CD200 receptor, Also provided are methods of treatment and diagnosis of immune disorders.

Dependent claims

A method of modulating the activity of a cell comprising contacting the cell with a binding composition derived from the antigen binding site of an antibody that specifically binds to CD200Ra (SEQ ID NOs:2 or 6), or an antigenic fragment thereof.
