Abstract
According to the invention, gene products expressed in a tumor-associated manner and the nucleic acids coding therefor were identified. The invention relates to the therapy and diagnosis of diseases wherein said gene products expressed in a tumor-associated manner are aberrantly expressed. The invention also relates to proteins, polypeptides and peptides which are expressed in a tumor associated manner and to nucleic acids coding therefor.

An isolated nucleic acid that encodes for a tumor-associated antigen or a portion thereof, and which is selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) a nucleic acid which comprises a nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 41, 42, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 84, 117, 119, 138, and a portion thereof,
- (b) a nucleic acid that hybridizes with the nucleic acid of (a) under stringent conditions,
- (c) a nucleic acid that is degenerate with respect to the nucleic acid of (a) or (b), and
- (d) a nucleic acid that is complementary to the nucleic acid of (a), (b) or (c).
An isolated nucleic acid selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) a nucleic acid that comprises a nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 3, 4, 5, and a portion thereof,
- (b) a nucleic acid that hybridizes with the nucleic acid of (a) under stringent conditions,
- (c) a nucleic acid that is degenerate with respect to the nucleic acid of (a) or (b), and
- (d) a nucleic acid that is complementary to the nucleic acid of (a), (b) or (c).
An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:
- 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 100, 101, 102, 105, 106, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 120, 123, 124, 135, 136, 137, and a portion thereof.
