Abstract
In order to provide an angle sensor in an embodiment, which is axially short in particular and on the other hand radially wider, with a functionality that is as good as possible, on the one hand certain shielding measures against interfering magnetic fields are proposed, and on the other hand a certain geometric design is proposed, in particular comprising an intermediary magnet.
Claims44
A sensor unit (100), said sensor comprising:
- an angle sensor (1) functioning according to the Hall-principle or according to the magnetoresistive principle, detecting around its longitudinal axis (10a), includes a magnetically sensitive face surface portion and a sensor element (4) proximal to a face surface (2a);
- and
- at least one magnet unit (50) disposed so that its magnetic field permeates the angle sensor (1), and field lines of at least one encoder magnet (50a) of the at least one magnet unit (50) extend parallel to a sensitive plane (4′) of the sensor element (4);
- and
- a magnetically conductive shielding (101) made of ferromagnetic material.
An angle sensor (1) detecting around its longitudinal axis (10a) according to the Hall principle or according to the magnetoresistive principle having a magnetically sensitive face surface portion, said sensor comprising:
- a sensor element (4) proximal to its forward face surface (4a) wherein the angle sensor (1) is provided flat, plate-shaped, and the sensor element (4) in the form of a chip (7) is disposed in parallel to the main plane of the plate-shaped angle sensor (1) on the front side of a circuit board (6) disposed in parallel in the main plane, facing a forward face surface (2a).
The angle sensor (1) having a magnetically sensitive face surface portion, said sensor comprising:
- a housing (3) covering at least longitudinal sides (11a, b);
- and
- a sensor element (4) in the housing (3) in parallel to the one face surface (2a, b) of the housing (3);
- wherein the housing (3) of the angle sensor (1) includes a cable output portion further including;
- a planar base surface (17), a portion (18), protruding from the base surface with an elevation which is slightly higher than a diameter of a cable (26) to be run out,
- wherein the raise portion (18) in top view includes a radially tangentially oriented indentation (20) having a width slightly greater than the diameter of the cable (26) to be run out, and in whose base area a pass-through opening (14) leads through the housing (3) into the interior of the housing (3).
