Abstract
An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device includes a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the substrate, an organic layer including an emission layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode including stacked layers of Yb and Ag on the organic layer. A method of fabricating the organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device includes providing a substrate, forming a first electrode on the substrate, forming an organic layer including an emission layer on the first electrode, and forming a second electrode including stacked layers of Yb and Ag on the organic layer.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode disposed on the substrate;
- an organic layer comprising an emission layer, the organic layer formed on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode comprising an ytterbium (Yb) layer formed on the organic layer and a silver (Ag) formed on the ytterbium layer.
A top-emitting organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode disposed on the substrate, the first electrode comprising a reflective layer and a transparent electrode material formed on the reflective layer;
- an organic layer comprising an emission layer, the organic layer formed on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode comprising an ytterbium (Yb) layer formed on the organic layer and a silver (Ag) formed on the ytterbium layer, the second electrode having a thickness of 90 Å to 120 Å.
A method of manufacturing an OLED display device, comprising:
- providing a substrate;
- forming a first electrode on the substrate;
- forming an organic layer comprising an emission layer on the first electrode;
- and
- forming a second electrode comprising an ytterbium (Yb) layer and a silver (Ag) layer on the organic layer.
The method of 19, wherein the first electrode is formed by forming a reflective layer on the substrate and stacking a transparent electrode material on the reflective layer.
