Organic Semiconductor Compositions Including Plasticizers

A method of fabricating a circuit, comprising:

• combining organic semiconductor molecules and plasticizer molecules to form a solid organic semiconductor channel over a substrate;
• and
• forming a plurality of electrodes over the substrate, the electrodes being located to function as a gate electrode, a drain electrode, and a source electrode of an FET.

An apparatus, comprising

• an electronic device having an organic semiconductor channel, and first and second electrodes in contact with the channel, the channel comprising a solid mixture of organic semiconductor molecules and plasticizer molecules.
