An adjustable rack device includes four base leg members, a base frame engaged onto the base leg members for coupling the base leg members together, four tubular members engaged onto the base leg members and engaged onto the base frame for forming a two-layer structure, a shelf device includes a peripheral frame member and four corner barrels for engaging onto the tubular members, and a table plate may be engaged in the peripheral frame member of the first shelf device. One or more further shelf devices may further be attached onto the barrels for supporting the other table plates.
