Abstract
Method for improving selectivity and productivity during purification of charged macromolecules and particles by electrofiltration by means of membranes in the electric filed. The ratio between the electric field and the permeate flow through the membrane is kept constant.

A method for improving the selectivity and productivity in the purification of charged macromolecules and particles by electrofiltration by means of membranes in an electric field, wherein the ratio of the strength of the abovementioned electric field to the permeate flow through the membrane is kept constant.
