Abstract
A conveying system is provided wherein a conveying member rotates about a plurality of rollers, wherein one roller is pivotally displaceable with respect to another roller. Preferably, the displaceable roller can be urged toward or away from the conveying member to adjust the tension of the conveying member.

A conveyor system comprising:
- a conveying member having a plurality of holding members, the holding members being constructed and arranged to grasp an article, the conveying member having a first tension and a second tension;
- a first roller;
- and
- a second roller displaceable with respect to the first roller;
- wherein the conveying member is displaced about the first roller and the second roller;
- and
- wherein displacing the first roller adjusts the tension of the conveying member between the first tension and the second tension.

A conveyor system comprising:
- a conveying member;
- a fixed roller;
- a displaceable roller;
- a plurality of holding members each constructed and arranged to retain an article being conveyed;
- the conveying member having a tension and being constructed and arranged to continuously rotate about the first and second rollers;
- a transfer station at which the articles are transferred to the holding members, the transfer station operatively connected to the fixed roller;
- and
- a tensioning assembly comprising the displaceable roller, the tensioning assembly being displaceable to adjust the tension of the conveying member.

- a roller having a pivot about which the roller rotates;

- wherein the conveying member is displaced about the first roller and the second roller;
- wherein displacing the lever adjusts the tension of the conveying member between the first tension and the second tension;

- a transfer assembly constructed and arranged to adjust the holding members between the first position and the second position.
