Abstract
A film forming composition includes a compound (I) having m pieces of RSi(O0.5)3 units or a reaction product of the compound (I); and an antioxidant, wherein m represents an integer from 8 to 16; each of Rs independently represents a non-hydrolyzable group; and each of the units is linked with other units by sharing the oxygen atoms to form a cage structure.

A film forming composition comprising:
- a compound (I) having m pieces of RSi(O0.5)3 units or a reaction product of the compound (I);
- and
- an antioxidant,
- wherein m represents an integer from 8 to 16;
- each of Rs independently represents a non-hydrolyzable group;
- and
- each of the units is liked with other units by sharing the oxygen atoms to form a cage structure.
