This invention provides SARM compounds and uses thereof in treating a variety of diseases or conditions in a subject, including, inter alia, a muscle wasting disease and/or disorder or a bone-related disease and/or disorder.

A compound represented by the structure of formula (I):
- or its isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutical product, polymorph, crystal, N-oxide, hydrate or any combination thereof.
A method of hormone therapy comprising the step of contacting an androgen receptor of a subject with compound of claim or its isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutical product, crystal, hydrate, N-oxide or any combination thereof, in an amount effective to effect a change in an androgen-dependent condition.
