Abstract
The present invention relates to a sisal target block of dartboards and its fabrication process, especially to a product and a fabrication process which can lower costs and improve quality of the dartboards. The sisal target block is made mainly through such steps as raw material forming, mold forming, cutting, coating container with colloid, container forming, trimming and surface treatment. In this way, not only a mass production but also a simple fabrication process of the dartboard blocks can be realized, with an improved dartboard quality and an increased economic value.

A sisal target block for making a dartboard, wherein long sisal raw material bound in a bundle is extrusion molded and cut into a sisal block of a predetermined shape, and wherein a preformed container is filled to with the sisal block to form the sisal target block.
