Abstract
A low pressure liquid fuel gasification device and method is disclosed. The device includes a low frequency vibration device for generating low frequency vibration wave to supply vibration energy to compressed air. The contact between the compressed air and organic or inorganic oil liquid fuel with a dry point between 50° C. and 90° C. such as mixed hexane disposed in a fuel container enables the molecule of the oil liquid fuel to vibrate for generating gasified molecule containing the molecule of the oil liquid fuel. The gasified molecule is transported through a gas pipe device to a gas outlet whereby the gasified molecule is ignited for use.
Claims11
A low pressure liquid fuel gasification device comprising:
- a container disposed with three layers of containing space in a vertical direction therein, the three layers of containing space including an upper containing space, a middle containing space and a lower containing space, the middle containing space being disposed with a container pipe communicating with the upper and lower containing space, the middle containing space being adapted to contain liquid fuel;
- a gas outputting device including an air compressor disposed in the lower containing space;
- a pressure switch disposed in the upper containing space;
- an internal pipe disposed in the container pipe and having one end connecting the pressure switch and the other end connecting the air compressor;
- a check valve disposed in the upper containing space;
- a gas transmission pipe connecting with the pressure switch and the check valve;
- a gas inputting pipe having one end connecting the check valve and the other end extending into the bottom of the middle containing space;
- a gas pipe device including a gas inlet which has an opening end exposing to the middle containing space and the other end connecting a relief valve;
- a rotation activation switch disposed at the relief valve;
- a gas outlet;
- a pressure adjustment switch connecting between the gas outlet and the relief valve;
- a low frequency vibration generating device disposed at a proper position of the lower containing space for generating low frequency vibration wave;
- a power activation switch linking the pressure switch and the air compressor;
- wherein the air outputted from the air compressor of the low pressure liquid fuel gasification device is supplied with vibration energy by the low frequency vibration generating device, when the air with the vibration energy is transported to the liquid fuel in the middle containing space, the molecule of the liquid fuel is vibrated to generate molecule of gasified fuel, and the molecule of the gasified fuel is transported to the top of the middle containing space and received by the gas inlet of the gas pipe device.
A low pressure liquid fuel gasification method comprising the following steps:
- (a) utilizing a container to contain liquid fuel;
- (b) utilizing an air compressor to compress air and utilizing a low frequency vibration generating device to generate low frequency vibration wave to enable the compressed air to have low frequency vibration energy;
- (c) contacting the compressed air having the low frequency vibration energy with the liquid fuel to enable the liquid fuel to generate molecule of gasified fuel;
- and
- (d) utilizing a pressure adjustment device and a gas leading device to control the outputting pressure of the molecule of the gasified fuel and transport the molecule of the gasified fuel to a burning device for burning.
