Abstract
A photothermographic material is disclosed, comprising on at least one side of a support a light-sensitive silver halide, wherein the photothermographic material further comprises a compound represented by formula (1) and a compound represented by formula (2).
Claims11
A photothermographic material comprising on at least one side of a support a light-sensitive silver halide, wherein the photothermographic material further comprises a compound represented by formula (1) and a compound represented by formula (2):
- wherein R11 is a hydrogen atom or a substituent;
- R12 and R13, are each a branched alkyl group or a cycloalkyl group;
- A11 and A12 are each a hydroxyl group or a group capable of forming a hydroxyl group upon deprotection;
- n and m are each an integer of 3 to 5,
- wherein L21 through L27 are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an amino group, an alkylthio group, an arylthio group, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group or a nonmetallic atom group necessary to form a 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring by linking L21 to L22, L22 to L23, L23 to L24, L25 to L26 or L26 to L27;
- R21 and R22 are each an aliphatic group, provided that R21 and L21 or R22 and L24 may combine with each other to form a 5-, 6- or 7-membered ring structure;
- Ar21 and Ar22 are each an aryl group or a heterocyclic group;
- X21 is an ion necessary to compensate for an intramolecular charge and p is the number of ions necessary to compensate for an intramolecular charge.
