Foot orthosis support device method and apparatus

A corrective device to be worn on at least a portion of a foot of a human and to be positioned inside of a footwear while on the foot, the portion of the foot at least having a misalignment, the corrective device comprising:

• an inner shell having a first flexibility, the inner shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein and supportingly couple with the portion of the foot;
• and
• an outer shell having a second flexibility, the second flexibility being substantially the same as the first flexibility, the outer shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein the inner shell, supportingly couple with the inner shell and allow positioning into the footwear, the inner shell and the outer shell being sized and shaped such that when the inner shell is coupled with the portion of the human and the outer shell is coupled with the inner shell and positioned in the footwear, at least a sufficient portion of a pressure is distributed by the outer shell and the inner shell over a portion of the foot to provide an amount of correction to the misalignment of the portion of the foot while allowing the human to wear the inner shell inside of the outer shell inside of the footwear.

A corrective device for a lower limb of a patient, the lower limb having at least a misalignment, the corrective device to be received into a footwear, the corrective device comprising:

• an inner shell having a first compressibility and shaped to receive therein and extend over at least a portion of the lower limb;
• and
• an outer shell having a second compressibility and shaped to receive therein and extend over at least a portion of the inner shell, the first compressibility being substantially the same as the second compressibility, the inner shell and the outer shell together being sized and shaped to be positioned at least partially into the footwear with the inner shell extending over the lower limb sufficient to at least partially align the misalignment of the lower limb while being worn by the patient.

A corrective device to be worn on at least a portion of a foot of a human and to be positioned inside of a footwear while on the foot, the portion of the foot at least having a misalignment, the corrective device comprising:

• an inner shell having a first rigidity, the inner shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein and supportingly couple with the portion of the foot;
• and
• an outer shell having a second rigidity, the second rigidity being substantially the same as the first rigidity, the outer shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein the inner shell, supportingly couple with the inner shell and allow positioning into the footwear, the inner shell and the outer shell being sized and shaped such that when the inner shell is coupled with the portion of the human and the outer shell is coupled with the inner shell and positioned in the footwear, at least a sufficient portion of a pressure is distributed by the outer shell and the inner shell over a desired area of the portion of the foot to provide an amount of correction to the misalignment of the portion of the foot while allowing the human to wear the inner shell inside of the outer shell inside of the footwear.

A corrective device to be worn on at least a portion of a foot of a human and to be positioned inside of a footwear while on the foot, the portion of the foot at least having a misalignment, the corrective device comprising:

• an inner shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein and supportingly couple with the portion of the foot;
• and
• an outer shell shaped to accommodate receiving therein the inner shell, supportingly couple with the inner shell and allow positioning into the footwear, the inner shell and the outer shell being sized and shaped such that when the inner shell is coupled with the portion of the human and the outer shell is coupled with the inner shell and positioned in the footwear, at least a sufficient portion of a pressure is distributed by the outer shell and the inner shell to the portion of the foot to provide an amount of correction to the misalignment of the portion of the foot while allowing the human to wear the inner shell inside of the outer shell inside of the footwear.
