A method for prevention and/or treatment of a Parkinson's plus syndrome in a patient, comprising administering to the patient a compound selected from the group consisting of rotigotine, physiologically acceptable salts of rotigotine, and rotigotine prodrugs.
A therapeutic combination comprising rotigotine or a physiologically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and at least one further active substance that prevents or reduces the rate of progression of dopaminergic cell loss in a patient.
A kit for treatment and/or prevention of a Parkinson's plus syndrome in a patient, the kit comprising a first medicinal preparation comprising rotigotine or a physiologically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and a second medicinal preparation comprising at least one further active substance that prevents or reduces the rate of progression of dopaminergic cell loss in a patient.
