Abstract
The invention relates to novel 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives and their use as active ingredients in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions. The invention also concerns related aspects including processes for the preparation of the compounds, phannaceutical compositions containing one or more of those compounds and methods of treatment comprising administration of said compounds to a mammal.

A 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative of the general formula (I)
- wherein:
- R1 and R2 independently represent hydrogen or C1-C4 alkoxy;
- R3 represents C1-C6-alkyl;
- X represents —CH— or a nitrogen atom;
- and optically pure enantiomers, mixtures of enantiomers, racemates, optically pure diastereoisomers, mixtures of diastereoisomers, diastereoisomeric racemates, mixture of diastereoisomeric racemates, or meso forms and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvent complexes and morphological forms, thereof.
