Curcumol derivatives, the compositions containing the said derivatives, and the use of the same in the manufacture of medicaments

A curcumol derivative or pharmeceutical acceptable salts thereof with the following formula I:

• wherein, Y is selected from the group consisting of ═CHR2, —CH2R2, ═O,
• —OH and —OR1;
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of H, R, RCO and HO3S;
• R is selected from the group consisting of H;
• saturated or unsaturated linear C1-10 hydrocarbon group;
• saturated or unsaturated branched C3-10 hydrocarbon group, C3-10 hydrocarbon ether, C3-10 hydrocarbon sulfide;
• saturated or unsaturated, C3-8 cyclic hydrocarbon group optically substituted by one or more substitutents selected from the group consisting of nitro, sulfonic acid group, halogen atom and hydroxyl group and C6-12 aryl group;
• Y1NY2, Y1CONY2, wherein Y1 is H or C1-8 and Y2 is C1-8;
• are selected from the following heterocycles:
• wherein, P is S, O or N, and Z is one or more substitutents selected from the group consisting of H, hydroxy group, saturated or unsaturated linear C1-6 hydrocarbon group, saturated and unsaturated branched C3-6 hydrocarbon group, and n=1-3;
• or
• R1 is the acyl of coffeic acid, gambogic acid, isogambogic acid, neogambogic acid or glycyrrhizic acid;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of F;
• Cl;
• Br;
• I;
• H;
• —OH;
• —OR;
• —HSO3;
• —NO3;
• RNH— and R′NR″, wherein, R′ and R″ may be the same or different, and each is selected from the group consisting of the groups defined in R and H2NRNH—;
• or R2 is selected from the group consisting of pyridyl, pyrrolyl, imidazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, dioxazolyl, dioxadiazolyl, piperidyl,
• with the proviso that both R1 and R2 are not H,
• Y . . . is a single bond, when Y is —OH or —OR1,
