A fabric care composition comprising a fabric softening active and a formaldehyde scavenger, provided the formaldehyde scavenger does not comprise ammonia, ethylene urea, tryptophan, 5-hydroxytryptophan, hydroxyl amine, hydroxyl amine sulfate, or barbituric acid.
