Abstract
Gymnastic machine (1) comprising a frame (10) associated with a guide (20) extending along a given direction (30) to carry a support member (40) in a freely sliding manner; a load device (50) being supported by the frame (10) and comprising at least one load unit (52) and at least one implement (60) coupled to the load unit (52) by means of a traction device (70); the load device (50) comprising a further load unit (54) associated with the support member (40) to condition its mobility along the guide (20), in order to exercise separately controllable actions on a user's muscles.

A gymnastic machine (1) comprising a frame (10) associated with a guide (20) extending along a given direction (30) to carry a support member (40) in a freely sliding manner;
- load means (50) supported by said frame (10) and comprising at least one load unit (52) and at least one implement (60) associated with the first load unit (52) by means of a traction device (70), characterised in that said load means (50) comprise a further load unit (54) associated with the support member (40) to condition its mobility along said guide (20), in order to exercise separately controllable actions on a user's muscles.
A rowing machine (1) comprising a frame (10) associated with a guide (20) of rectilinear motion extending along a given direction to carry a seat (40) in a freely sliding manner;
- load means (50) supported by said frame (10) and comprising at least one load unit (52) and at least one handlebar (60) associated with said load unit (52) by means of a traction device (70);
- characterised in that said load means (50) comprise a further load unit (54) associated with said seat (40) to condition its mobility along said guide (20), in order to exercise separately controllable actions on a user's muscles;
- said further load unit (54) being mechanically distinct from said load unit (52).
A method for executing a gymnastic exercise using a rowing machine (1) including a frame (10) associated with a guide (20) of rectilinear motion extending along a given direction to carry a seat (40) in a freely sliding manner;
- load means (50) supported by said frame (10) and comprising a load unit (52) and at least one handlebar (60) associated with said load unit (52) by means of a traction device (70), and a further load unit (54) associated with said seat (40) to condition its mobility along said guide (20), in order to exercise separately controllable actions on a user's muscles, said further load unit (54) being mechanically distinct from said load unit (52), the method comprising the steps of acting on a handlebar (60) to impose a traction effort on the load unit (52) through a cable (70) to train upper limbs, and imposing a thrust with lower limbs against an abutment (24) to displace the seat (40) from and to a respective rest position, characterised in that said step of imposing a thrust with lower limbs against said abutment (24) can be executed against the resistance of the further load unit (54).
